Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully to understand how refunds and cancellations are handled for our digital products and service-based work.
- Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to:
Digital Products & Courses
(online classes, 14-days training, workshops, digital content, membership access, etc.)
Service-Based Work
(custom design, consulting, setup, or any project-based service you purchase from us)
Digital products and services follow different rules, explained below.
- Digital Courses & Training (Non-Refundable)
All our courses and training programs are digital products.
Once you enroll and get access to:
live classes, course materials, community/group access, templates/resources. Your enrollment becomes final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds on any digital course once access is granted.
“Didn’t like the class”, “No time”, “Changed my mind”, “Joined by mistake” —
These reasons do not qualify for a refund.
If you face any issue with the class, teaching, or access —
You must inform us within 14 days from the start date of the batch,
so we can support you with guidance, extra help, or batch adjustment (if available).
- Cancellation Policy – Service-Based Work
This section applies only to custom services (not courses).
If you wish to cancel a service order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.
If cancellation is requested within 24 hours and no work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund.
If work has already started, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed.
For urgent/express delivery services, once work has started, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
- Refund Policy – Service-Based Work Only
For service-based work (not courses):
Full Refund
If cancellation is requested within 24 hours, AND
no work has started on your project.
Partial Refund
If work has started but is not yet completed,
a pro-rata refund may be issued based on progress.
No Refund
Once the project is completed and delivered,
we do not offer refunds unless there is a clear quality issue from our side.
- Refund Eligibility & Limitations
Refunds apply only to prepaid service-based projects,
not to digital courses or training programs.
If you believe there is a major issue with the delivered service,
we will first offer revisions or corrections.
A refund will be considered only if the issue cannot be reasonably fixed.
Payment gateway fees/transaction charges are non-refundable in all cases.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Online Tathya reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
